Booking and Appointment Policies

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

This is important information!

Body Images requires a non-refundable booking fee for all appointments. Your booking fee goes towards the price of your piercing. By taking a booking fee, we are covered in that we can expect you to show up for your appointment and YOU are covered since you have invested in making sure your tattoo happens as well!

All booking fees are non-refundable.

• If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice your booking fee will be forfeited. This means you will not be refunded and you will be required to leave another booking fee to schedule a new appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, please contact us either by messaging the booking system, phone, or email bodyimagesbooking@gmail.com
• If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must give us at least a 24 hour notice from your appointment time. Please give our studio a call, if we are unreachable this way, respond to your booking confirmation text or email us at bodyimagesbooking@gmail.com to reschedule.

Proper ID's are required at the time of your appointment.

• CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15 ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO UNLESS THEY ARE GETTING PIERCED
• Government issued photo ID for anyone 18 years or older.
• All minors must come in with their parent and the minors original birth certificate (no photos of birth certificates). NAMES MUST MATCH THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Legal guardianship documents are acceptable.
• For minors aged 15-17, we require a photo ID such as a passport, state issued ID or school ID. We also require the original birth certificate (no photos or birth certificates).
• For minors aged 6-14, we require the original birth certificate and ID from the parent bringing the minor in.
• If you do not bring the proper IDs with you to your appointment we will not be able to pierce you. Your deposit will be forfeited.
• We do not allow children under 15 to be unsupervised in the studio, and we currently only allow one parent back with the minor being pierced, no other additional guests. Please do not bring additional children to your appointment.

Be on time!

• Being on time for your scheduled appointment is a must. If you run late to your appointment, that could result in running into the next person's appointment time.
• If you are late to your appointment more than 10 minutes, we may not have time to perform the service. If this is the case, your deposit will be forfeited.
• If you think you may be running late at all, please give the studio a call.
• We ask that you arrive to your scheduled appointment time no more than 10 minutes early.

• When booking an appointment, you will pay for the cost of your service to secure your time slot.
• This payment does NOT include the cost of jewelry. Basic jewelry for most piercings range from $30-60 PER PIECE. The cost of jewelry varies widely depending upon what you pick out. When you come in for your appointment, one of our Jewelry Specialist will go over all your options with you and help you find the piece that best fits you and your budget.
